I’ve been sailing, living, camping and cruising aboard sailboats for most of the last decade. My first liveaboard boat was a Coronado 25, Seileaster, that I bought on a song and a prayer to escape from homelessness. I fell in love with the sailing and adventure and never stopped looking for chances to sail. I’ve owned a slew of boats over the past decade from 15 foot dinghies to a 35 foot full keel cutter, and have finally settled on a Contessa 26, “Finch” as my ideal pocket cruiser and liveaboard.

Me and Seileaster, my Coronado 25 and first liveaboard. Old sails, no idea how to make them work, but a spirit of adventure.
